Ecograph Association organised the first youth exchange project from 19th June to 4th July in Szaporca. Hungarian, Romanian, Serbian and Bulgarian younsgters came to discover together the traditional building methods and the village life.
Due to the project we invited many volunteers and workshopleaders from the local community. The youngsters could learn how to build owen, greenhouse, eco toilet, mud brick and how to keep for the future the traiditional motives from the house. The media workshop did a great video about the working process.
The 2-week-long programme also content international evenings, where the participants prepared typical food anf drink from their country and the locals could learn also dance. The youngsters visited the closest city Pécs and joined the city life for a couple of hours.
As the result of the project, the youngsters received the youthpass document what includes their informal and non-formal learning outcomes for example: learn about other countries, learn how to use tools what i’ve never used, discover how is a village life, experience to plan together and work in team…
